BIAB is like a coat of amour, it is perfect for weak brittle nails that need that reinforced strength added. It is applied with a certain technique to build the apex of the nail to give support. 

We will always do our best to avoid disappointment but in busy times we recommend making an appointment. 

Walk ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee service.

If you arrive 10 mins or more late your service will be subject to change and we reserve the right to cancel part or all of your treatment. 

We require 24hr notice to make changes to your appointment, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee or charge for the full amount of service booked.

Yes pop into the salon to purchase your gift voucher or buy online.

Gift vouchers have a one year expiry & cannot be used in the month of December.

Please reschedule your appointment if you test positive with covid 19 so that we keep our staff and clients safe.

Any repairs within 7 days of initial treatment will be free of charge after this time frame any repairs will be charged as normal.

If you require a removal treatment that was not completed by the nail box team please note we cannot guarantee service of work that is not our own therefore we always say to remove others work prior.

Any infill treatment needs to be carried out within 4 weeks.

After this time frame it is required to be charged an additional fee because of the extra time needed.

The only treatment we offer for under 16s is a file and paint.

We do not carry out any other gel or biab treatments unfortunately.
